Thespena PooniDepartment Head Attendee Experience

Thespena graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Hospitality and Service Management. She was able to complete her last academic semester abroad at the Masaryk University Brno, Czech Republic. For six months, she traveled across Europe and Asia before returning back to Vancouver. She has worked in the Hospitality Industry for the past five years and her expertise lies with hotels and sales. She enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, and is proud to continue her journey with ICS.

On a more personal note, Thespena is a lover of animals, is passionate about travel, and a foodie at heart.
