Mathias Posch President

“Bringing people together to change the world”- International Conference Services’ purpose is also Mathias’s personal mission.  He feels grateful for being able to work in a position and a company where he has the ability to meet so many fantastic people from around the world that are truly changing the world – be it through research, science, or human right initiatives. The ICS team shares his passion and he enjoys working in a multicultural environment of dedicated team players. Further to that, Mathias’s aim is to make a difference to the industry at large – as Immediate Past President of the International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO) and member of other international industry boards. Mathias’s goal is to raise industry standards and to help those who need to achieve a greater level of expertise. Knowledge and collaboration are the answers to so many of the world’s problems – that’s why facilitating both is not just his job but his passion.

No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it.
