Christoph RaudonatDepartment Head Associations

With over 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, and a background in organizational and social psychology, Chris leads ICS’ Association Management team and supports them in their overall efforts to serve ICS’ association clients with expertise and excellence.

Chris has been working with ICS previously from 2016 to 2019 as Director of Associations. He is deeply passionate about ESG and, in particular, corporate and not-for-profit governance. This translates in his dedication to work with clients to achieve optimal organizational performance throughout.

Chris is very active academically, holding three Masters degrees and working towards a Doctor of Business Administration with a research emphasis on the relationship between Boards and their CEO’s. He works fluently in several languages and is a frequent speaker at industry events around the globe. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and produces topical articles and holds guest lectures within higher leadership education.

He is a firm believer in a balance of health and performance of body and mind and loves to be physically active.
