Faith KaraManager Business Development

Faith brings a wealth of experience and her passion for genuine connections to her role as a Business Development Manager at ICS. Faith has over a decade of sales experience spanning across diverse industries. Prior to joining ICS, Faith honed her skills as a sponsorship and exhibit sales manager, on global events which hosted up to 16,000 delegates. Having managed the sponsorship and exhibit sales for 8 of ICS’s projects, Faith then transitioned to the Business Development team where she integrates all of her past experiences to better serve ICS’s future clients.

What sets Faith apart is her commitment to making the world a better place. Alongside her corporate endeavors, she has led event planning for numerous volunteer charity projects. Faith’s philosophy is centered on collaboration and mutual support. “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting others.” Faith actively uses her social platforms to spread positivity and build community and she infuses her vast experience of social media marketing into her role at ICS.
