Opal is a Vancouver anomaly; born and raised in the Lower Mainland. She joined the ICS team in 2015, in the Housing and Registration department. With a passion for delegate experience, data and privacy regulations the move to Systems Officer was a natural fit. Opal thrives in the ICS family and feels a real sense of comradery among the team.

In her free time, Opal is the Co-Vice President and Secretary on the board of directors for the Downtown Eastside Neighbourhood House and enjoys spending time with her young nieces and nephews every weekend.
