Laura has a background in marketing, plus ten years of industry experience beginning with corporate event planning for Heineken in the UK. Subsequently, she was part of the team that managed TED conferences in Palm Springs, Edinburgh, and finally Vancouver, where she discovered International Conference Services. With a passion for customer service, her expertise is in speaker and program management.

In her spare time, you can find Laura hiking, on the water, or with her nose buried into a book.
