Being raised in two different countries (Brazil and Canada) was one of the best gifts Tess’s parents could have given her. she has always said that the airport was her third home and that the distance was a tiny little detail in her family’s lives. Montreal (Canada), Salvador (Brazil), Grenoble (France) and Sellersville (USA) are all places where Tess can call home and where she learned to see the world from many different perspectives and where she met wonderful people.

Tess holds a university degree in Marketing and Communication and a Masters in Business Administration. She has been working in the conference environment, which is she very passionate about, for over six years. Vancouver became her home in February 2016, and before moving here, she wanted to work for ICS. Now she does!
