International Conference Services (ICS) was the appointed event manager for APacCHRIE Conference 2021 organised and hosted by SHATEC Institutes Pte Ltd (SHATEC). The event was held from 2 to 4 June 2021.
The ICS team was professional and was able to work seamlessly with the client under a tight timeline to ensure the overall success of the event. In terms of communications and follow ups, the staff were prompt and efficient, frequently providing effective solutions to help overcome challenges encountered. The team also demonstrated expert knowledge and strong experience in managing events which enabled them to understand customer’s needs quickly and help the event organizer make informed decisions confidently.
The event had received positive feedbacks for both the technical aspects (e.g. design of virtual platform) as well as service levels (e.g. managing speakers’ enquiries). The ICS team’s contribution is instrumental to the overall success of the APacCHRIE Conference 2021. More than 8000 delegates traveled from 165 countries to gather in Vancouver June 3-6, 2019 for the Women Deliver 2019 Conference
– the world’s largest gathering on gender equality and the health, rights and well-being of girls and women. The ICS team was experienced,
flexible and ready to meet our needs, always finding the best options and working in cost beneficial means to achieve our goals.
ICS supported our Women Deliver team and our delegates almost like family: last minute changes were never a problem and you always
found both a way to make it work- and a back-up plan.
ICS created an enabling environment and enthusiastic spirt that set the tone for the co-creation ahead. In general, the ICS team went
above and beyond to attend to details and provide a one-stop-shop for our needs, lifting the profile of our event. The conference was a
